Laura Lucinda was named for both her grandmothers. She always lived in Shawnee, OK. At least as far back as I can remember. Aunt Laura was a florist and hair stylist and owned and operated her own flower shop and later ,beauty shop. I remember her giving me a permanent and hairstyle called a "Poodle". She worked for the US government at one time. Aunt Laura was a wonderful hostess and entertained family often. She seemed to love to do it. Her love of family, and note keeping assisted me no end in my research. She took trips with me, and spent hours trying to help me. We laughed a lot together. She was a beloved aunt and valued friend. I miss her terribly. For all those hours we spent tracking down lost relatives, and information I could never have obtained alone, thank you, Aunt Laura!!
